This is a project I came in on very near completion, or so we thought, the project was a system where users could upload pictures of colleagues or clients and they would appear within a video.

This was a campaign in two halves, the first part was sent out on USB sticks in very nice presentation boxes, and the second half was the online viral video supported by an EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaign.

There were a number of issues I had to over come with this site, as I will always contest that Flash is not my strong suit, however with enough Googling and forum creeping I was able to modify this video which was initially for web online, to be a standalone executable from USB stick (easy enough), with the enjoyable and resolved complication of the customisation. I modified the Flash to pull in the image and text information from static files on the USB Sticks and then build a Bash program (for Mac) to quickly replicate the software onto each memory stick and customise the content.

Then it became apparent that the video worked, the USB sticks were there, but no-one had given thought to the web site, how was the Video meant to go viral without a site, again this was quickly resolved.

Tomorrows Global Leader was a resounding success, helping Amadeus launch one of their greatest pieces of software to date.
